JBT Automated Systems celebrated Safety Week, week of 10-13-2025, which gave us a chance to learn, connect, and strengthen our commitment to workplace safety. A big “thank you” to Mohammed Bounsiar, HSE Manager II, for planning and organizing the week, and we appreciate our expert instructors and every team member who participated. Their energy and dedication turned safety into a shared priority and made the week a success.
We also invited the children of JBT employees to submit safety-themed artwork. Their creativity added an inspiring touch to the week. Check out the winning piece below!
Highlights from the Week
Tuesday: CPR Demo
Cintas led a hands-on CPR demonstration. Team members learned how to respond to emergencies with confidence and care.
Wednesday: Fire Extinguisher Safety
The JBT team took part in a live fire extinguisher demo and learned how to act quickly and effectively during a fire emergency.
Thursday: Glove Selection
Experts from Bob Dale Gloves guided us through glove selection and explained how to choose the right protection for different tasks.
Little Artists – Big Messages
We closed the week with a creative twist by inviting the children of JBT employees to share their vision of safety through art. Their drawings were full of heart, imagination, and personality. It was a joy to see how they interpreted safety in everyday life, both at work and at home.
Congratulations to all our young artists for their incredible submissions, and a special shoutout to our contest winner, Sebastian Wong, son of Danny Wong, Manager II Engineering.

Thank you again to Mohammed Bounsiar for organizing Safety Week, and to our instructors and every team member who participated. Your involvement made this week a success and reinforced our shared commitment to safety.
